Refund policy

Because I run a small shop using a Print-on-Demand model, every single item is printed and shipped only after you place your order. Since we don’t keep a warehouse of pre-made stock, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or sizing errors. I’ve included detailed sizing charts on every listing—please give those a look before hitting buy!

When We’ve Got You Covered

I’m a human, and my printing partners are humans, too. And sometimes mistakes happen. If something isn't right, I want to fix it. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with a hole, tear, or broken component.

  • Misprints: If the design is blurry, peeling, or clearly off-center.

  • The Wrong Item: If you ordered a Medium and we sent a 2XL, that’s on us.

How to Start a Claim

If your order has a defect, please email me at FemmeX@FeministX.com within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Include your Order Number.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the issue that includes the graphic (this helps me show my printers what went wrong).

  3. Let me know if you’d prefer a replacement or a refund.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address! If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • Cancellations: If you have a change of heart, please contact me within 8 hours of your purchase. I cannot cancel or refund an order once it has been sent to production. Thank you for understanding this policy!
